Say What? A daily dose of CBD could keep the doctor away; CBD for everyday use is beneficial to everyone!

The amazing benefits of CBD have recently exploded in the public eye, but did you know a daily supplemental usage of CBD could benefit a person regardless of your health status? Yes, that’s right!

So, let me share with you my understanding of daily CBD supplemental usage. It helps to improve the body’s naturally occurring endocannabinoids to promote balance and homeostasis. Don’t know what homeostasis is? Well, it is the ability to maintain internal stability. The homeostasis properties make your Endocannabinoid System (ECS) stronger. CBD directly interacts with your ECS. The ESC is your body’s way of regulating numerous internal body functions including mood, sleep, appetite, inflammation, and immune function. So regardless of your current health state daily CBD usage could benefit you.

Cannabinoids found in hemp work together in what we know as the “entourage effect”, and specifically with natural terpenes found in hemp. Terpenes are the fragrant essential oils found in hemp and when combined with CBD can create a perfect harmony in your ECS (entourage effect). This provides the balancing effects. There are numerous benefits to this balance.

CBD has been known to have many benefits to help people with their health issues, but just think what you could help and/or avoid by taking a daily regiment of CBD. It is recommended for the average person to take at least 15mg of CBD daily.

CBD can supplement the body with nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, terpenes, and other flavonoids. Sometimes with our busy lifestyles, we fail to eat a balanced diet and with the supplements, CBD can provide that would help to maintain our internal nutrients. The cannabinoids like CBD from hemp can build up in your body and stimulate the ECS receptors. This would only help to make your ECS become more active and sensitive to stimulation. It would improve your ECS to achieve and maintain homeostasis in your body. So, it may not be a necessity to take CBD supplements daily, but as a preventative measure, it could be considered wise. It could help keep your body running like a well-oiled machine, and I would like to think everyone wants to have that. There is an old saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”, could we say something along those lines about daily use of CBD? I would like to think so.
